Fit review
Ashley reviews your application against our current capacity and fit. We accept three new engagements per month. If it is not the right fit, we say so directly.

Assessment conversation
If it is a fit, we schedule a 45-minute call. We look at your current marketing, your team, and where the leaks are. No sales pitch. No slides.

Written proposal
You receive a clear proposal — tier, scope, deliverables, compliance steps, monthly reporting, and start date. Priced in the range shown on our services page.
- 05Business days 15 – 25
Assessment & onboarding
Every retainer starts with a Crown Marketing Performance Assessment. We do not manage teams we have not assessed. Your team meets your new marketing lead in week four.
