Ashley reviews your application against our current capacity and the fit criteria below. We accept three new engagements per month. If it is not a fit right now, we say so directly.

Assessment conversation
If it is a fit, we schedule a 45-minute assessment conversation. We go through your current marketing operation, your team, and where the leaks are. No pitch. No slides.

Written engagement proposal
You receive a documented proposal — tier, scope, deliverables, compliance framework, monthly reporting cadence, and start date. Priced in the range published on the retainer page.

Assessment & onboarding
Every retainer begins with a Crown Marketing Performance Assessment. We do not manage teams we have not assessed. Your team meets your new Fractional CMO in week four.
